As a former collegiate athlete, Bill can appreciate what it takes to reach your fitness goals, and he is ready to help anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort! He believes that, through proper exercise and nutrition, you can "add Life to your Years!"
He played basketball for The University of Connecticut in Storrs, and completed his collegiate playing career at Springfield College in Massachusetts where he received his Bachelor of Science degree.
Bill wants to pursue training Individuals that are determined to make a lifestyle change. He knows he can really make a positive difference in people's lives.
For the past 6+ years, Bill has been improving the lives of many dedicated Connecticut residents. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training programs and admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination. But Bill's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.
Bill is WITS and AFAA certified. He has instructed ‘Cardio Kickboxing’ and ‘Resistance Training’ classes, is TRX certified, and is a BTS certified Group Power and Group Kick instructor.
He believes in Total Body conditioning, including Resistance, Cardio, Flexibility and Core training.
